Other Details to Note
✦ The two door garage access will be closed off but there will be 2 driveway spots and free parking in the cul-de-sac. ✦ There are also 1 CCTV camera (ring door bell) by the front door and one by the back gate. ✦ It's $35/day charge for pool heater usage (3 consecutive day minimum starting day of arrival). You may opt to not use it. Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you want to avail the pool heater. We need this much time to heat the pool prior to your arrival. *Temperature to be set between 75-85 depending on outside temperatures* ✦ Hot Tub heating is included in your stay. ✦ Early check-in's & late departures may be available if cleaning and maintenance schedules permit. We try our best to accommodate guests schedules, however, unauthorized late check outs will result in a $100 per hour charge due to delay in cleaning and maintenance. ✦ No parties or unauthorized guests at this property or there will be extra charges. ✦ There will be a $50 fee including shipping charges for any items left behind that are found and requested back.
